Free domestic shipping on all orders over $200. We ship via UPS or FedEx. Please note: all returns with an original purchase price that exceeds $200 will have a $10 shipping/handling fee deducted from the refund.
For domestic orders under $200, a shipping fee of $10 will be charged at the time of purchase.
Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
Orders received after 12:00 pm PST will be processed the following business day.
Orders received on weekends will be processed the following Monday.
A tracking number will be emailed to the email address used for the purchase.
Shoe is more than happy to ship internationally; however, all international customers are responsible for duties and/or fees assessed by the country of entry. Shipping costs will vary depending on destination.
Exchanges and Returns
All items in original, unworn condition must be returned within 14 days of the dated receipt. Please use the original packing materials when returning your items (i.e., please do not use the manufacturer’s box as a shipping box). If returns are not received within the 14-day timeframe, shipped without a shipping box, and/or are worn, they will be refused and returned to sender.

SALE items are considered FINAL SALE: no refund/no exchange.
Full-priced items may be exchanged. The item must be returned in the manufacturer’s box placed in a shipping box. Please note that we will not accept items if mailed only in the manufacturer’s box. Shoe is not responsible for the price of the return shipping, but we will happily ship the exchanged item at no cost.
If an order is refused at the address on the packaging, the recipient is responsible for all the expenses regarding shipping, which will be deducted from the refund, regardless, if the original shipment’s value exceeded $200.
Full refunds are credited to the credit card used with the original purchase only if the return is made within 14 days of dated receipt, mailed in the required packaging, and in unworn condition. A $10 fee will be deducted from the refund…if the original purchase price of the item exceeds $200.

Shoe is a small, independent boutique with limited inventory; therefore, we ask you not to order multiple sizes with the intention of returning. We are more than happy to answer any and all questions regarding sizing. Please give us a call during business hours at (775) 324-4616 so that we can help you choose the correct size.
If a package is refused at the mailing address and returned to Shoe, the refund will reflect deductions to include original shipping charge, if paid by Shoe, plus the shipping costs for returning the package to Shoe.
Shoe will insure all packages.
Each item is inspected prior to leaving Shoe. However, full credit will be given on a defective shoe if approved by the manufacturer. This credit may take up to three weeks from date of receiving returned item.
